Here’s a fresh take on the classic margarita with a seasonal twist—simple to make and delicious.
Blackberry and Tequila Tommy
Serves 1
Ingredients:
– 8 fresh blackberries
– 50ml tequila (we recommend El Tequileño)
– 25ml agave syrup (we use Beso)
– 25ml fresh lime juice
Method:
1. Place 6 blackberries in a cocktail shaker and muddle (gently crush) them to release their juices.
2. Add the tequila, agave syrup, lime juice, and a handful of ice. Shake well.
3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with the remaining 2 blackberries on a cocktail stick.
