We, Israelis who believe in a peaceful future for our country and our Palestinian neighbors, write this with deep shame, anger, and sorrow. Our government is starving the people of Gaza and considering the forced displacement of millions of Palestinians from the Strip. The international community must impose severe sanctions on Israel until it stops this cruel campaign and agrees to a permanent ceasefire.
